I have been reflecting on the fact that I am turning 40 this year. With 21 weeks to go before my birthday I am reminded of when I was 21….
Forever 21
A silly story actually comes to mind. I was in the mall and a new store had recently opened up called Forever 21. You have probably heard of it. I wasn’t big on fashion at the time but since I was 21 I decided to walk into the store. And then walk right out again. I made the decision right there that just by walking in and out, that meant I would be forever 21.
Obviously that action did not freeze time. But since that day I have often felt that even though I have had many birthdays, I still feel young.
I believe that our attitude and mindset has a lot to do with how he handle and react to life. And how we handle and react is key to our success and happiness or lack of them.
So, in honor of my Birthday coming up I am challenging myself to do a new post every week, starting with this post, for the next 21 weeks leading up to my Birthday.
These will include some posts on delicious healthy recipes, organization and life hacks. I am also working on a mini series to share how I have done a “makeover” on my life in my 30’s which is going to make the next decade of my life even better.
Tell Me What You Want, What You Really Really Want!
21 posts is a lot so I need your suggestions on what I should write about. I was not joking when I said, tell me what you want, what you really really want! So please let me know by leaving a comment below with your ideas.
If my Birthday has already past as you are reading this post I still want to know any ideas you have on what you would like me to blog about.
